My girlfriend now wife has helped me 51 years now. Not bragging but she has amazing mechanical skills and aptitude. We've wrenched on cars, trucks, etc. together and was my best employee (seriously!). She was close to her Dad & farmer Grandad and nothing to me unfeminine about a girl able to do things.

Nice to be spending life with someone who knows one end of a screwdriver from another and isn't put off by chores and getting dirty.

My wife knows how to mix a screwdriver. I don't really want her help with wrenching.
