Puma 160 Clicking Noise

I recently started hearing a clicking noise on my Puma 160 when driving in reverse with the wheel turned. The clicking happens in a pretty consistent interval. Bearing maybe?

Or a loose wheelbolt oor a loose rim to senter bolt ?
