Allot depends on you're community. If you're rural and know you're neighbors and it's not a complicated plow or snow removal, then I'd just email them a card with you're phone number on it. They can clip it to their refer and call you to set up a plow and you and them can work out the price.
If you're in a more urban environment, where people have drive way lights, and it's limited (narrow) with curbs and you don't know you're neighbors that well, then I'd consider passing on the idea.
The advantage of the card and phone call approach, is you can work out the price on the phone or when you go over to survey the work. They can point out anything you need to be aware of, and you can pass if they appear difficult, the work complex, or they have a problem with the price.
