Tractor
Bobcat ct225 and Bad Boy zero turn
Helped the neighbor move a telescoping radio tower tonight. Weighed in at 1800 #s. The forks would not lift it. Not even with roll back force. Used a strap around fork frame and was able to just barely lift it. Tractor felt stable enough so kept it low and slow.

I was kinda surprised I could not lift it even just a little with roll back force. I think I'll try to find a way to test roll back relief and break out pressure.

Loader:
Loader type: Bobcat 7TL

Weight: 735 lbs [333 kg] (with bucket)
Height (to pin): 84.3 inches [214 cm]
Dump angle: 46
Rollback angle: 21
Breakout force (lift): 1,904 lbs [863 kg]
Lift to full height (at 500mm): 1,225 lbs [555 kg]

TractorData lists the loader for the C22 as 1904lbs. I assume this is at the pins, so it makes sense that your forks couldn't lift 1800lbs, but a strap at the frame could.

There are 2. 7 TL loaders those are not the specs for mine my breakout force is higher than that.

The last block on the bottom indicates a 752 LB capacity on the 42" forks, assuming the folks weigh 364 lbs. The 7TL capacity drops quickly as the load moves out. My guess is the center of mass for the 752 would be 21" out on the folks, which is about 27" from the pin location on the quick attach. You did very well using a strap at the pin, and it appears your tractor is pretty strong.

Caution though, you put one heck of a load on the front axle and lift arms, so I would not make a practice of it.

I am in the process of getting a hay bale grabber and running up against the same problem with lift capacity. Most manufactures say a loader with X lifting capacity will work. However......all is not true Fortunately Bobcat gave this detailed information. I have been using the fork lift table, subtracting out the weight of the forks, adding in the grabber weight, determining the center of mass and calculating the number of bales I can safely handle. Its a steep drop in capacity the further out you go. You can draw a simple straight line curve using the weights given in all the other blocks, but you need to determine the center of mass. An example is for the bucket, measure from the pin to the center of the bucket as if it were curled when loaded. Hope this helps

The curl force on this tractor is less than I'm used to. Had a Koyker 120 that had less capacity but had very strong curl force. I bought a gauge to check my pressure but have not done so yet. I think lift is good but I don't know if curl is adjusted right or even if it has a separate adjustment.

Had chance to check hydraulic pressures. I was about 175 psi low per spec. This is odd bobcat said they checked at loader before they added rear remotes last winter and all was good. Wonder if I will notice a difference after adjustment I bet I will. The rollback always seemed week. I have not heard of this being common.

Had a chance to try out the tractor after I adjusted the pressure to the correct amount. What a difference the curl feature works perfectly now. Doesn't feel lacking like it did before. I'm glad I took the time to follow up with this thanks to Ken from From Ken's bolt on hooks for a nice hydraulic gauge and appropriate fittings to do proper testing. Also added a nice heater to my cab and some LED lights
