Hope to have my very first tractor by mid week once the transaction is complete. After much research I found a nearly new (a 2015 with 58hrs on it) 4010 HST. The original owner bought it to do some landscape work, then put it up for sale once his job was completed. He is including a box spreader, Pallet forks (clamp on) and 3pt attachment. It will be a welcome addition to the five acres I recently purchased, half of which consists of two fields and the other half a overgrown Christmas tree farm that needs thinned out. Most of the property is on a slope of varying degrees so I felt I needed to look for something big enough to pull the hill with a mower and not get bogged down, yet small enough to maneuver through the trees. The 4010 is probably a bit of overkill but after much reading everyone seemed to say go bigger than what you think you'll need.
