I'm sure you will check the oil pump closely before putting back together.

Yep, oil pump is galled a bit but the impeller to housing surfaces look new. A few minutes with a flat stone and all will be well. The oil pump still spun freely.

Cam is off to have #2 bearing cleaned up.

OK here's the latest. We sent the cam off to have it cleaned up. The guy says it is repaired but we haven't received the cam to verify that. In the mean time we learned this block doesn't have cam bearings. The surface the cam rides on at the #2 cam journal is damaged.

At this point the tractor is more expensive to fix than we are willing spend.

We are selling the tractor as a part out. Everything for $1500. Front end loader included. We prefer to sell everything at once. If we cant then we will take it to the local tractor auction and sell it as a part out.

We just wanted to give TBN members first shot.

Delivery is possible for an extra fee.

I doubt Hoye is far from you, they may be interested. The loader is worth $1500.

Just curious if the block could be bored a little and bushed for the cam bearing? Not saying it is worth it, just asking.

If I was near you and it would fit mine I'd be in your drive.

The guy that did the cam said he could repair the bore. I don't know if that's possible or if he can actually do it. We just called it at that point.

Yep! I'm thinking some one out there needs the loader. There is nothing wrong with it and the tractor has all the hydraulics to run it.
