I've purchased a Cam Superline Warrior for transporting my Kubota Grand L 4240. But I also need it to be able to transport my Polaris Ranger to and from the service location. Will it fit up the ladder ramps, or do I need to do something special for that?

Also, any tips for securing tractor and / or Ranger to the trailer will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Your ramps should pull in far enough to load the Ranger. Heck, when my landscape traler needed repairs, I borrowed my nephews
Cam 16K equipment trailer to tow my mowers for a few days. If my mowers fit, your ranger will....

A tape measure should answer your first question . As far as securing the load , don't take any chances . You need four 3/8" Grade 70 chains and ratchet binders for the tractor . One on each corner , pulling forward on the front and back on the rear . You can use 2" ratchet straps on the ranger but hook them to somthing solid .Don't run the straps over any sharp edges . Iassume you have tie down points on the trailer . Sounds like you are a little new at this . You need to find someone near you who has a little know how on this and have them walk you through this . Hope this helps . BTW there???? is another thread on here that shows what can happen when things go bad .

by all means you want to use ratchet straps on the ranger the exterior is all plastic chains will damage it i always put one strap thru the middle pulling down on floor and one around front bumper bars never have any problem

I would much rather see him use 4 straps appropriately rated. 2 off the front bumper and 2 off the rear trailer hitch. This is how I have transported a JD Gator.

Thanks, Chris, that makes sense to me - it's very similar to how my Kubota dealer suggested tying down the tractor.

That's also the recommended tie down method for Kubota RTV's via the manual....I never deviate and sometimes add another strap or two depending on where I'm towing...Only takes a couple of extra minutes...My RTV1100 is still tight on the straps no matter where I take it.

Be sure to ratchet the straps until the springs and shocks drop on each wheel. Otherwise when you hit a dip in the road, the ATV will drop down under its own weight and the strap hooks can actually come loose. In other words, you have to preload the shocks and springs before travel. Check your rearview mirror often. You will be surprised how often you will find a strap found some way of getting some slack or the tail blew loose in the wind and is whipping around. You can buy double looped foot long straps at TSC that you can strap to the bumper bars of your ATV and use the other end to connect your long straps. Keeps you from damaging anything on the ATV and there are not many places on it to attach hooks. Trail riding necessitates our trailering our atvS 50 to 100 miles each way for each weekend ride. Dont forget that you will be driving about 60 mph and any canvas tops or loose gear in the ATV will quickly blow out or tear up.

Good advise. The first car I hauled did just that and the strap came loose. Found it laying on the trailers deck during a every hour walk around/pee break. I was fortunate.
