Putting snow blade on a 425

The mower decks come off quite easy.
Raise the deck, and drop the deck stop to the lowest level. Lower the wheels on each deck corner. Lower the deck to set on the deck wheels. Turn the tractor wheels for a right turn, and then turn off the tractor.
Reach ahead of the rear axle and disconnect the PTO (slide forward the lock ring, and slide off the shaft) I lay on the deck to reach it and have the right rear tractor wheel out of the way to reach it better.
Then release the front bail (draft bar) that will lower the front of the deck. Then pull the two spring loaded J bolts on the lift arms. Start the tractor and raise the lift arms out of the way.
Then slide the deck out one side or the other.
For the blade, first install the hitch and the hyd. lines. Then use it to pick up the blade.

It does cost money if you can't do it yourself. If the dealer does the job, they would check the tires, do the greasing, etc. and be responsible for test running it. Likely would take a ful two hours, that is not counting if the tractor and parts are picked up and taken back to the shop. If not taken to the shop, then a truckload of tools would be important to have along to handle a variety of possible situations.
Been there when the right tool is not available, and wish I had the rig at my own shop rather than having to get by with the few tools the owner might not have.
If the price is too high, then there may be an opportunity for a handy man to make some extra money providing a service of changing out mowers and blowers and blades when the seasons change. But I'm thinking the price of $175 would be what would be charged.
