Putting water in tires....with tire sealant?

I want to try putting water in my tires, but they currently have tire sealant in them. What's is going to be the ill affects if I don't remove the sealant first?

It won't seal.

If you put water in, add 1 gal of antifreeze for every 10 gal of water to keep the wheel from rusting.

Depends on the sealant. I use some fibrous stuff in an oily base (sorry, I can't remember the name) that is advertised as working w/ water filled tires. I have had it in my rear tires for a few years now w/ no apparent issues.
