PX9020 Clutch Adjustment

Hi folks,

Did not find it here, and decided to ask. Can someone help with the clutch adjustment for PX9020...manual says "see dealer" and it is not possible, since dealer is really far away

Maybe someone did the adjustment of the clutch...basically, tractor is not moving till the very end of pedal move, and if I do not use clutch, and just push the lever forward, it sitting there for few seconds and then jumps roughly.

I probably can't help you much with this issue, but it might help if you provide a few details about your tractor. Like what transmission option it has. Dry clutch, power shuttle, cab, no cab, etc.

It looks like dry clutch cab tractors have a hydraulic clutch pedal system. As in a master cylinder and slave cylinder. Probably not a lot of adjustment there, but again, I really don't know that tractor.

Harry, it is tractor with a cab. Power shuttle. I think it is "Multi Wet Disc Clutch"

Sounds like you need more information than I can supply. I would say the clutch pedal switches may need attention and/or adjustments. Probably the shuttle packs need calibration. That's just a guess based on experience with that TYPE of system, not necessarily yours. That would explain why they refer you to the dealer, as it's usually more involved than most users are equipped for.
