- I have a Kubota M-5400 and a B-2910 plus a G-1800 riding mover which is orange too.
Talk about ghosts from the past. I live in Vermont and the Quadractor was my first tractor. I had next to no money and saw this thing at a country fair. The dealer gave me the usual talk about how this will make logging and farming change and the 3rd world market will probably be a big market for them. I don't know what I paid, but when it was delivered I started it up and drove over a log a winched it up. It didn't take long to realize its limits. No 3 point hitch or attachments, so I sold it and bought my first Kubota. It was a 25 hp and after 2 years I was still underpowered for logging and working the growing farm. I should have put the quadractor in a barn and shrink wrapped it and in 100 years it might have been a collectors item, but I didn't have a barn or money and so it goes. I forgot all about the quadractor days. I think I bought mine in the early 80's. Funny looking, but not too useful. Kenta
