Quality of Howard Price?

Is Howard Price a good brand? I googled the net but found little information on their riding mowers. Someone's selling a 6 year old 72" mower. Parts availability on HP? Thanks.

I have never heard of a Howard Price before. I suspect that is manufactured by MTD or Murray, or AYP and rebadged for sale for a chain of stores, or Ag Co-op. Hopefully someone knows the true identity of the manufacturer.

25 years ago I worked for a company in St. Louis that produced part for Howard Price and many other equipment and implement manufacturers. Howard Price is definitely heavy duty commercial quality stuff. I'm glad to see that they're still around.
