Quarter-Inching Valve Adjustment

Anyone know how to adjust this properly? Just got my B7510, and it's not working correctly. It won't return to neutral after raising it, and the quarter-inchers are like one-inchers. The manual really stinks for this adjustment, and I am too impatient to have the dealer come out to make the adjustment. I like to do the service myself.

Sometimes the bracket under the fender is not aligned with the opening in the fender and the lever won't make good contact with the stops. Try moving the bracket and see if that helps the action of the lever. Hope this helps.
