- 2016 Kubota L3901 HST with LA-525 front loader
Hi all,
The manual for my Kubota LA-525 loader is pretty clear, with the exception of one thing. It says that in addition to all the grease zerks, I should also grease the "loader control linkage" (or something similar- the manual is in my barn). When I look at the loader control, it's not immediately apparent to me what specific part they are talking about. I've seen some other posts about greasing the linkage. Some say that I should remove the plastic cover and use a can of spray grease to lube what I find in there; others don't say anything about removing the plastic cover, but advise me to just aim the grease can from below. I find it difficult to imagine that Kubota would design their products to require disassembly in order to perform routine lubrication, but I don't know anything. Can someone, ideally a mechanic, shed some light on this topic? Pics would be helpful.
