I recently bought a used woods 9000 and the specs read that there is a 1000 lbs extra digging force in the power pin position. Is this in reference to the bucket cylinder mounting to the bucket. If so, which hole is which. Otherwise maybe someone could explain it. I can't find any info on the woods site or in the Gannon section. Thanks in advance. Mark.

Just a thought here as I'm not familiar with that particular backhoe. Generally more leverage gives more power, so if there is a mounting hole farther from the pivot point I think it would be the more powerful position. It will give less range of motion for the bucket, though.

That sounds reasonable. I'll have to hook it up and give it a try. Thanks for the input. Mark.
