Question on Ford 9N governor gasket replacement

I have a leak where the governor is mated to the flywheel case. Seems like it should be an easy repair. Is it as simple as it looks to remove it and replace the gasket? Is there a torque recommendation for the 2 bolts?

Easy as it looks, just snug the bolts up like you would any other bolt that size. No magic in an old Ford repair.
