I think that is a good price but not a great price. I have a BX2200 that I paid just under $12000 for. It has a 60 MMM and a FEL. If I recall correctly the FEL was about $2500. That would make the tractor and MMM about $9500 when I bought it new, two and a half years ago.
I'm purchasing a bx2230 + 60 MMM with 20 hrs from a Kubota dealer for $8000. Still has some warranty left on it. The 2230 vs 2200 differences are minor, but when a manufacturer obsoletes a model it usually will take somewhat of a hit on resale value. I think your seller has a decent asking price, but hopefully he is the type who expects to haggle. But if want a used Kubota subCUT this month, and can't look all over the midwest for one, then this might be the only seller that works. Which makes negotiating a little iffy, but we won't tell him that /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
