Buying Advice Questions about a used Ford 2120 Tactor

Hi, I am looking at buy a used 1992 ford 2120 with a loader and back hoe with 2500 hours on it. The seller claims everything is in good working order and is asking 12,900. I was looking for any suggestions for what I might ask the seller about this tractor to know whether it is a good buy or not, and if the asking price is fair.

Also, does anyone know what the lifting capacity is on the loader on this model?

The data on tractorData.com was very helpful. However, I still cannot find data on the 7809 Loader. I was am trying to determine the lifting capacity of the bucket. Any ideas where I might find this data?

I have a 1993 2120 but it has the 7109 loader, and I don't know the difference with the 7309. The 7109 spec shows 1800# lift and 2950# break-away at full height. I don't think mine will lift that much, but it's a hard worker all the same.
