Hello all,
This is my first posting, so here goes. I just got my 4300 HST with a FEL last weekend, and my butt has been parked on it ever since. Had some fun grading the driveway, moving piles of dirt, and yanking old fence posts clean out of the ground. Anyway, enough of my rambling...
I was wondering if any of you had any recommendations on 2 things. First, I am planning on using the FEL to move large square bales of hay. Does anyone have any experience doing this? The manual says the loader will take up to 1000 lbs., but JD doesn't recommend lifting bales larger than 700 lbs. Also, I am in the middle of the great rotary cutter debate (KK 5'er, or pay the extra for something else) I have lots of brush to clear, mostly 1-2" pricker bushes. Is it worth paying twice as much for woods, Rhino, Bush Hog?
Any advice would be appreciated......
