hello, my name is brian and have been lurking around this site for a couple of days now. I have read through some prior posts and have gotten lots of info from them, but still have a few questions about the mahindra line up.
I have been looking at the larger tractors in the 10 series, and the 15 series.I have compared the specs for awile and am still undecided. The local dealer to whome I spoke briefly with, mostly ball park prices, said the 15 series is alittle more light duty than the 10 series. If this is true then why does the 2810 hst and 3510 hst have a smaller loader than the 3215 hst and 3015hst? Also why is the 2815 hst able to lift more than the 2810 hst with lift arms,2646 vs.2080? I assume the specs for the same point on arms as they both came straight off the mahindra website.
Most of the work I will be doing is loader work, with some modeate to heavy brush chopping and log skidding for fire wood. Oh yeah that remindded me of one more question why doesn't the 10 series have ag tires available and the 15 series does. Just seems a little strange the lighter duty tractor has more aggresive tires available. My 12 acres can get pretty muddy somtimes. Thanks in advance to all who reply.
