Quick Attach Mechanism

When I go to change from the bucket to my pallet forks the quick attach lever doesn't lock in the open position. Its not a real problem, just a bit of a nuisence. Is this normal? It locks in the closed position. I haven't called the dealer yet.

Mine did the same thing. Drill a hole in the end of the handle - attach a bungee & hook on other side. Handle will now stay up(unlocked). Easy fix!
