Also consider Pat's or the similiar ones on ebay (under $100). They attach to the end of the arms so will fit any width implement. The one issue is they add a few inches to the length of the 3ph arms and can make the drive shaft implements maybe have problems and also the upper arm may be to short and have to be replaced for around $20 at TSC.

Not throwing stones or anything... but I've heard horror stories about the fitment of the HF QA. Maybe they're okay, maybe the people simply bought the wrong one... I don't know.

I bought Pat's QA (advertised here on TBN) and simply love it. Best mod I've bought for my L3400.

No, the fixed frame Quick Attach hitches that are sold on eBay, at Harbor Freight, and even Tractor Supply are not adequate. The measurements of the QA and the implement must be exact and there has to be clearance of 4 - 6" under each and every pin for the QA to work properly. There is no room for any variation. And heaven help you if you have any custom made 3 point attachments.

I've owned two of the framed QA and sold both of them within a week of purchase. (I bought two for two of my Category 1 tractors.)

Pat's and its clones are adjustable so this problem is solved. One does have to get off of the tractor to hook up the top link - but at least everything fits.

The longer top link, if necessary, is an easy fix since extra long ones are available. The PTO shaft can be fitted with a QA pin-release 6" extension for about $20. The permanent-attach ones are even less expensive.

I have a Quick Attach hitch from Harbor Freight - I would not recommend it. It works for some of my implements but not all... when it does work - It's GREAT. I need to modify more of my equipment before I'll be happy with it.

I bought a Land Pride Quick Hitch. I already owned 2 land pride attachments and a woods bush hog. All worked the first time with my Quick Hitch with very little work.

It comes with one set of bushings. I had to buy two additional sets.

The woods bush hog was set up for a normal 3 point hitch arrangement. Their owners manual shows how to move some bolts around to make it quick hitch compatible. About 30 minutes with a wrench and socket set and it was good to go.

This video (about tillering) as a section where I hook up my tiller using the quick hitch.

I also use the Pat's system. It made changing out the equipment very easy. As mentioned, you do have to get off to hook up the top link, but at least no fight is involved in getting the lower arms on as I had the first time I tried to up a piece of equipment without it. I got the adjustable rod to hold the lower arms apart when backing the tractor in. It is ok, but I later just cut a 1" piece of PVC to the distance I needed to hold the arms apart and notched it on one end to and it works better. My arms use the turnbuckle style adjustment. There has been some recent threads on switching to the telescopic style which your tractor may have. These would eliminate the need to hold the arms apart and make the process even easier. I have not had any problem with the PTO shafts or the top link not being long enough.
