OOPS! meant to title as 3PH systems not PTO! A little background. I purchased a JD 4200 HST/FWD, a little over a year ago! I immediately purchased a frame mount BH, built for that tractor. It's been on it since, so I haven't used any 3PH attachment yet. What's the grief about pulling the two swing arm pins and connecting the top link? I can envision that it might be a pain if the implement sunk into the ground so that the pins weren't level. But there's an adjustable link for the one side. I read through the current threads a bit, but admit, not completely. I gotta be missing some thing! If the unequal pin alignment is the issue, wouldn't one's money be spent on Top&Tilt? Guess I'm not looking forward to using 3PH stuff if changing it is a hassle! Even with the quick systems, ya still gotta wrestle the PTO shaft. Or do all you guy have smooth, painted shop floors to slide around on for that?
Guess I'll be in the mud for PTO stuff!
