I need some 1/4" quick connects that have a retaining groove for bulkhead mounting. I'm looking for ISO 5675 (ag) type. I need to order a bunch of stuff from discount Hydraulic hose and I'm not sure there quick connects have the retaining groove. Does anyone know where I can buy this type cheap?

If they can be the ball type, I just installed 4 of them on my garden tractor. Tractor Supply and O'Reilly Auto Parts have them in their snow-plow section.

We discussed this at the end of THIS thread. A couple of us think that bulkhead connectors are stronger and easier because they do not require a precise diameter hole or thickness of material.

Our AG couplers (Pioneer 4000 Series Interchange) do have a groove on the female coupler that may be the retaining groove you are asking about. The male coupler does not have a groove.

As kennyd said, though, a bulkhead coupler may be better solution.

This one should work with your quick disconnects.

If you are trying to get something to go thru a tank wall for a bulkhead, why not just go to your local ACE hardware store and get them to make you a piece of pipe with threads on each side of the length you need. A close nipple would leave about 1/4" of distance between the threads for spacing a tank wall. They can make it any length that you require. Just figure the tank wall thickness, washer, gasket thickness and they can make the nipple the required length and make you a gasket washer also. Then just put a pipe coupling on back side with a washer, then a rubber or other type gasketand screw on valve on the outside and you have a water tight connection. You can washer it up as needed to get it to tighten up if it is a bit too long.
