Quick disconnects on ym165d

That is a neat looking rig! What is that hitch looking thing on front and how does it work. I can't figure out how it comes down if it does.

That is where the top of the lift cylinder attaches .its kind of deceiving because the plow is dropped in that pic ,and I have a suitcase weight on the front bumper .The plow hooks to a subfram with two pins then the lift cylinder hooks with a third pin,and know the 4 quick disconnects
