Could somebody measure the inside dimension of their quick hitch from Northern Hydrolics. I want to know if it will
fit my pins on the rotary cutter.

All the catalogue says is 26" width.

BTW,
Land Pride makes one too. It also has te adjustable top hook (unlike the JD iMatch). It also has the option of swiveling top link.
It says its 30-5/8" inch wide.

Take a look at the Pat's Easy Change thread in the forum under Customization.

I wanted a quick hitch but I have a Befco finish mower that is not compatible with a quick hitch. I also have a PHD and I did not try it with a quick hitch but I understand many of those are not compatible. If you can't use a quick hitch you might want to consider Pat's system. In that thread there are also some links to some other systems that are similar to quick hitches. Look at the FREEDOM and the JIFFY systems as well.

You will find quite a bit of discussion of the pros and cons of all sorts of quick hitch type systems in the thread.

I don't have the Northern quick-hitch but I do have their pallet forks [by Farm Star]. Perhaps you can calculate from the outside limit of attachment space. The outside edge to outside edge of my ATI "Tach-All" brackets is 44" and makes for a very tight fit into the forks. The maximum bracket width is 44 1/4". By way of contrast, I have about 3/4" margin on either side of my ATI bucket.
