I just ordered the Quick-On bucket attachment conversion and a trenching bucket from BXpanded for my Kubota BH77. Since I already have a ripper tooth and the factory 12" bucket and have the trencher bucket coming, the Quick On should make changing buckets/tools much easier. I may cut the sideplates off my 12" bucket and add 1" or 2" to each side to make a larger bucket. I've seen where people have cut down their bucket but never where the bucket was made larger. Anyone have any input on making the bucket larger?

No, but wanted to say that trenching bucket looks really nice. Almost bought it for my BH77 but as I needed a ripper more than the trencher, I went with the Bro-Tek version that can also sort of trench.

Would love to hear your input on the trench bucket after you've tried it out!

I have the Bro-tek ripper with the trenching option. The ripper works great, the trencher doesn't impress me though, not enough depth and doesn't clean the trench out very well but it could be due to the soil I work in.

Trenching bucket and quick connect adapter came in today. Just finished installing the quick connect and it will really speed things up. The trenching bucket looks like it should work well also. I did run into a problem though. The pin spacing on the BroTec ripper is 1/2 inch closer togeather than the OEM spacing so it isn't going to work with the quick connector. I'm going to list the BroTec ripper with the trencher attachment for sale and get a ripper from BXpanded. Not sure why the BroTec ripper has different pin spacing, I ordered it for my BH77. If using the pins to mount it there is no problem, only if using a quick connector that needs the factory spacing on the 2 pins.

I wish they had one for my Mahindra BH. Pounding the pins to swap between the bucket and ripper tooth is a huge PITA.

Yep, I know what you mean. Especially in the field after you have already put in a hard day of work.

I listed the BroTek ripper in the classifieds if anyone is interested.
