This seems like a reasonable quote to me, but when it comes to hard earned money reassurance from fellow TBNers goes a long way to feeling better about parting with it.

It's a new L3130 GST model with R4's, folding ROPS, and LA723 FEL with quick attach option and 72" bucket.

CORRECTION: 6' (72") bucket. (Thanks Rat, for pointing out the error.) Has holes along front edge. For tooth bar I assume? Quick attach option looks pretty slick. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Quoted $18,600 for the tractor as it sits on the lot.
PLUS
72" Rear finishing mower $1,795 (Frontier)
6' BB $575 (Tuffline)
60" Tiller $1,995 (Frontier)

I see no problem with the price, look's good. Are you sure the bucket is 60". The LA723 uses 72" buckets.

One of the sales people stopped by my place this evening to inspect my BX2200. I take care of my stuff and he commented that the tires still even have the little molding knobs on them so I should get a good trade.

There are a few Kabota dealers in central Georgia, but this one seems to go the extra mile for the customer. They also sell and service the green and yellow tractors and from the number of trucks loaded with new tractors I always see going in that direction they must be doing something right.

I'll make sure I get a tooth bar for the loader. There aren't any hydraulic remotes on it. Would there be an advantage to getting them put on now vs waiting until I use next years tax refund to pick up a BH90 BH? The remotes are a dealer installed option either way unless I go the DIY route.

With the QA loader I can definetly see a grapple in my future as well.

When I talked to my wife about this, she said "Just get the one you are happy with."

Is she a peach, or what?!?!? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

If you have a need to use rear implements, particularly a boxblade, there is little that does more then a hydraulic top link. I am not sure how a BH90 plumbs in so talk to your dealer or perhaps someone here will chime in on how to best accomplish the BH hydraulics and the remote hydraulics. Perhaps the live line can be utilized by both and planned for now. I use a tooth bar on occassion and find it works well. The QA is a very good idea if you want to maximize versatility and as you pointed out, have the option to snap on a grapple bucket or just grapple forks. I think you will like the L3130, it's a nice little tractor.

THe hydraulics are simple for the BH90 it taps into the block were the FEL gets its supply/return down on the right hand side of the tractor. My 3130 already had a BH90 on it when I bought off the dealers lot. I looked at the installation manual for BH and it seems to me that the remote hydraulics come as part of the kit along with the subframe pieces and required hardware. So I would check with dealer before buying a remote set-up if you are planning to add BH90 later on down the road. Oh! and Kubotas suggested assembly and installation time for the BH90 per manual 2.25 hours-one technician.

That sounds like the same place you need to tap for the rear remotes. Ask your dealer if they can share a supply line at the back.

I paid 17.5K for a L3130HST, L723 Loader w/ 72" bucket and R4's loaded with Calcium a year ago. I wished I got the QA for the bucket! /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
