I'm looking at purchasing a new set for my BX2200. Where were you able to get such a low price?

Kubota dealers. It's called Kubota Whole Goods.

Don't order the set from the parts guy, go to a sales person. He can order them for you directly from Kubota and they'll arrive on the next truck load that dealership gets from Kubota. Might take a month to 6 weeks, but it's the best price in town. New tires mounted on brand new orange wheels, ready to go. Plan on about $440 for the full set of R4s for your BX. Hard to find tires alone for that price.

What bp said. I usually deal with the salesman that soid the tractor to me. Everytime I deal with the parts guy I don't get any breaks.

I've also been extremely fortunate to purchase two sets of complete tires/wheels over the years, from Kubota Wholegoods. I called a couple of dealerships in the area and as good fortune would have it, each time a found a dealer with a set in stock and willing to sell them for the Whole Goods price. Sweet. BTW, if I could attach a copy of the Whole Goods price sheet, I would, but you can find it on the web. It's out there. $400-440 would be what I'd budget.

I've been thinking of doing the same thing replacing my worn Ag tires to the R4 tires, but decided to stay with the Ag tires. The don't mess up the lawn at all and they provide great traction when I've needed it in mud and snow.
