R4010H for 20k?

Hi i'm set the buy the R4010H and i'm just wonder is R4010H for 20k a fair price? or am i getting screwed?

You can do better. My dealer tells me that the R4010H is a discontinued model, replaced by the R4047H. The R4010H is 41 hp, the R4047H is 47 hp. The 47H has the newer rounded hood.

He quoted me a price for you, with loader, of $19,375. Greg at Webster County Tractor, Marshfield, MO 417 859-4311.

My only connection with the guy is being a recent customer, so far well satisfied.

I'll refrain from commenting on price b/c I'm a dealer too, other than to say that some dealerships (like mine) order the 41hp R models with an upgrade to the larger wheels and tires that are standard on the 47hp units..... that bumps the price up about $400 over the std configuration

but I will comment on the models:

The R4010 & R4010H have been replaced with the R4041, R4041H, and also the new R4041 EZ-shift

The R4047 is the replacement for last year's R4020, and it also comes with the same 3 tranny options.

compared to last years models, you're getting the new body panels, a fender mounted joystick control for the loader, and telescoping lift arms on the new 4041 & 4047.... they're a little higher priced too. All the major components are the same, as are the machines' capabilities, IMO.

Here are some prices from a dealer near me. And I got the prices over the phone with no negotiating. Just calls to get a price range.
(All are shuttle with FEL)
R3039 - $15,700
R4041 - $16,900
R4047 - $19,400

And a dealer 95 miles away had a left over R4020 that he has priced at $19,900.

So, yeah, that seems a bit high.
