Since I bought my R4020 in March, it's stayed at my home, where we live on a 43 acre heavily wooded tract of hills and hollers. I've used it extensively bush-hogging the underbrush in the woods around our house, running the Bush Hog 6' finishing mower (which does a Beautiful job, BTW), blading the driveway, fixing drainage problems, reopening some old logging roads so we can access more of our property, moving stuff around, landscaping, etc., etc.
Last week we took it to our farm, about 35 miles southwest of home to do some serious bush-hogging around our fields, tear out some old fence rows, remediate some erosion areas, repair a couple of creek crossings.
Wife took some pics with my phone where we tore out the fence row, and caught me working on erosion control. She was amazed how much I got done in a day-and-a-half's time. I think she's about decided I can keep the thing...
Here's the R4020 sitting near the south end of where we tore out the fence row.
She caught me working on erosion control.
A shot of my Modern Ag Products bush-hog: fully hot dip galvanized, built ****-for-stout, well engineered. I love it!
