JD 5425
I am installing a fender mount radio on my 2007 JD 5425. Where is the easiest place to get accessory power for the radio?

I have been in the Communications business for many years and have done more installs than I want to count. What I would probably do would be to put a charge guard (name Brand) from the battery. You can adjust the amount of time the radio stays on after tractor is shut down. it senses the current flow!!! Several manafacturers make these and they work slik. also they protect your battery if it were to be drawn below a certain point. A mobile am FM radio draws very little. You can also go to the feed of a fan circuit ( like blower fan) for accessory or Ignition power and be safe. Not knowing what you have for a tractor, you may have a spare fuse location or point off the ignition switch. JIM
