I just ran my b 7100 out of gas. I shut it off as soon as it started sputtering. Then i put some fuel in it. it wouldn't fire so I cracked open the fuel lines on top of motor and started cranking again put it still won't fire any suggestions.

Start low and work up. I've rarely had to bleed all the way to the injectors unless I just did an engine or pump overhaul. If you bleed out the filters themselves good it should start. As soon as it does give it some gas and hold it there a while.

I ran my B7100 completely out once myself, then one day a neighbor was using it to pull a hay rake while I drove his big tractor with the baler and he ran it out. The owners manual had good instructions, and if I remember right, I think you just needed a 10mm open end wrench (or an adustable wrench) and less than 10 minutes. After you fill the fuel tank, and make sure the fuel filter is full (it just looks like a bolt that you loosen to bleed out any air), then go to the fuel pump, loosen the line coming from the fuel pump a bit, hit the starter for just 2 or 3 seconds was all it took for it to change from bubbles to solid fuel, then go to each injector, one at a time, and do the same thing. Loosen one, hit the starter for a couple of seconds, tighten that one, go to the next one, etc. After the third one, you're ready to start and go. By the second time I had to do it, I could do it less time than it took me to type this.:D

My B7100 has had the bottom of the tank inspected for debris more times than I can recall. :D :D :D

Just open the bleed nut on the injector pump, 12mm, and crank till you get a good flow of fuel. Close and use the glow plugs and it should start up.

Many times I just leave the bleed off cracked till the engine starts and then close it.:D :D :D

There is another bleed nut, 10mm, on the filter. I have never had to use this one unless changing the filter.:D

Sure you can, if you don't put too much in it, and it doesn't blow up the engine too soon.:D

I don't have a manual but I filled filter back up and cracked all 3 injectors then turned starter over. still won't start, maybe I sucked some crap into fuel line? I guess I'll work my way back to pump.

Did you open all of them at once, then turn over the starter, or did you do one at a time, which is what the manual said to do. You only have one loosened at a time, hit the starter until you have solid fuel coming out, then tighten that one and go to the next one and repeat.

ok been there done that
open the bolt where the fuel line connects to injector pump crank till fuel comes out open up trottle so fuel will flow.
tighten bolt open throttle to 3/4s crank it
it will fire run a little weird til fuel is back at a good flow to all cylinders
