You need to bleed the fuel system. Your manual should have this procedure explained in detail for you.

Running out of fuel happened twice to my B7100. As has been said, the operator's manual has pretty clear instructions and it's actually pretty quick and simple, but I'm not sure I can describe it adequately without pictures.

First, go to the fuel filter and there is what looks like two bolt heads above the filter (10mm, if I remember right). I believe it's the right one that you just loosen until the filter fills with fuel. Then go to each injector, one at a time, loosen one, hit the starter with the throttle lever pulled all the way back to the "kill" position so it can't start. When you get fuel instead of air and/or bubbles coming from that injector line, re-tighten it and move to the next one and do the same. After doing all three, it'll start just fine.

Now my B7100 HST was a 1995 model, so if yours is different????????
