Ratchet Rake 5 star customer service!

I have to commend the business practice of this company. Last weekend I was clearing brush w/ my ratchet rake, then I noticed that my left ratchet handle was sticking up after pushing a pile of brush. I stopped and then inspected, the mechanism that locks the ratchet in place was missing. I then called it a day. Went inside and called the local TSC to purchase a ratchet. They didn't know what I was talking about. I then went to the internet and logged on to their website, typed a question of where I could purchase a replacement or if I could just order from them. I received an email Monday back stating they would send me a replacement out Monday! I just received it today!! Kudos to you Ratchet Rake!!

Thanks for posting the kudo. Been thinking about buying a ratchet rack and your post was another nudge in that direction.

Nice tractor, Wacky! (Says he with the same model)

The only attachment I have so far is a Tartar 4' box blade. I'm looking at a 4' rotary cutter next, but I've been a little intimidated by the idea of shortening the pto shaft. Does the 4' KK XB rotary cutter fit the GC 2610 without modification?
