- 2016 Kubota L3901 HST with LA-525 front loader
Hi folks,
I saw an advertisement for the "Ratchet Rake," which is like a set of teeth for a loader bucket, except that it functions more like a rake/ripper. It attaches to the bucket by means of ratchet tie-downs. I wonder if anyone here has had experience with this product, and whether they'd recommend it. The kinds of tasks I envision using it for include clearing brush, pulling out roots, and smoothing gravel that I've applied to driveways. I also wonder whether the rake is appropriate for my Kubota LA525 loader, particularly with regard to the amount of strain imposed on the bucket cylinders from using such an attachment.
