Just purchased an 02 TN 75 from dealer. It has fwa,power shuttle,loader 1350 hrs.Delivered yesterday morning(1-11-06)After several hours of looking over tractor and reading operators manual it finally occured to me to engage the PTO.Noise starts as soon as the shaft starts spinning and is constant with engine rpm. If you grab the shaft by hand and put a slight load on it the noise stops.Will call dealer Mon. With tractor off turning shaft by hand you can hear this same noise. Any ideas? Thanks for any replies.

Please stop grabbing the pto shaft by hand... Or else we may be reading about you in the safety section. And YES.. do take it to the dealer if the pto makes a noise when it turns.. or when you turn it.. especially if it is under warranty..
( are we talking pto stub? or a shaft connected to an implement.. if implement shaft.. might be bad ujoints.. )
