Ray Manzarek has died.

Founding Doors keyboardest Ray Manzarek has died at 74 from cancer. To me, part of an era never equaled and never to be seen again. I guess one could say he lived a full live though having seen Jim Morrison die some 42 years ago.

I never saw a band perform live with more sound equipment than the 'Doors'...

One of my favorite albums was 'L A Woman'...

I heard a Doors song on the radio last week and I was thinking about their distinctive sound. So much of today's "music" sounds the same. I really can't tell who is who with today's music.
