This might sound odd, but if you replace the surface flush bolts that hold your cutting edge to the RB with normal headed bolts, will that impact how well the dirt/snow would roll off the blade?

I can't find a source for the bolts that are OEM but longer. Their not pan heads but perfectly flat. I'm not even sure what they are called.

Regular bolts will cause a little bit of drag and mess up the nice flow of material off the blade. It will still work though. Have you tried a place like TSC for bolts? They may have them in the section that has plow and cultivator parts. In fact, the bolts are called plow bolts because they are used mainly on plows. Another source for them would be a shop that sells heavy duty truck parts. Another would be a heavy equipment/construction equipment shop. Somebody has them.

I was at TSC tonight and they only had the regular headed bolts. I was in the 'bolt isle' the clerk said that is where all the bolts were. I can call back again and see what they say.

Check the tractor isle at TSC, we have Attwoods which is a local TSC like store, plow bolts are not on the hardware isle they are with the tractor stuff.

I found them at the local Kioti dealer. Our TSC didn't have them in the bolt or the tractor isle at all. Even the manager of the TSC was shocked.
