Buying Advice RC60 rotary mower- reliable, durable?

Local dealer has Massey rotary mowers and I'm wondering about this models quality.
Who makes these for them?

That model is from a few years ago, prior to the agreement with Woods. It is built by Rhino. Same model as a Rhino 160.
