Mowing Rck54-bx23 deck and grease

Hello. I recently picked up a used 54" mmm for my bx24. Works great. It looks like the previous owner didn't grease it to often. I know with all the other grease points on the tractor I grease it until I see grease coming out. I tried greasing the pulleys where the belt are and I put a lot of grease in there but I do not see it anywhere. How much should I be putting in the pulleys on this deck? I do to have a manual for the deck. Thanks

The three pulleys take a lot of grease initially because all of the grease goes into the cups on the underside. You won't see any grease overflow while filling. Once I know the cups are full, I put in about 10 pumps on each subsequent greasings.

Oh OK....So I wasn't over greasing it, and I was right that the previous owner probably didn't grease it often, because the wheels were completely dry along with the driveshaft...

If you pump the dust cups completely full, yes, the grease can shoot all over the underside of the mower.
