Ready for the Blizzard in Pennsylvania?

We've all gotten hammered this year, although you guys in PA, NY and southern NE have had quite a bunch. The calender says this has got to stop sometime. After adding chains every fall since the 80's, I decided to try (just) loaded R4's with my new machine three years ago. It's been good.

Just picked up 3PH snowblower. I'm ready...bring it on.

March 08, 2008 20" or so around here.
So it is very possible. The plow is off the truck, I plan on taking the plow off the loader tomorrow. If I leave it off we will be tempting fate.
The best part of snow in March is that it does not stay around very long. Feburary 2010 was VERY LONG.

I'm removing the chains from the 4400 next weekend so I'm sure there will be a major storm by mid-March.
Be prepared...I won't be.

We were just talking recently about some of the March storms we've had. Those have been some of the heaviest but at least the snow doesn't stick around nearly as long! And we've usually had enough warm spells and rain to make a major dent in the piles from earlier storms, making it easier to find place to put it.

Just in case, the plow is staying on the tractor and the tractor is staying close to electric outlet for the block heater. The tractor doesn't need to move until I'm ready to open the camper, and that ain't happening yet!
