Rear Differential oil drain Plug on \"00\" Series??
I'm looking for input here. I've got a shade over 200 hours on the 6000 and am going to change the rear end gear oil. Issue: Where is the drain plug for the differential?? I have noted while under the rear end (putting on the frame mount for the Bradco 511 that there is a drain plug looking thing directly on the bottom of the diffy. HOWEVER, I believe I read in service manual that ithe drain plug is on the left axle connection at about 6:30 O'clock (facing the axel from the tire side). Anyone done this yet??? PS: Reason I'm changing is the book says about now is a good time (200-250hrs). I also note some water crystals in the mix so would like to clean it up for the long haul. Thanks for any info.
