Tires Rear end appears to wobble

With the rear jacked off the ground a longer pry bar on the wheels might find what's loose.

Good point. Went out to take a look at it quickly . I am almost willing to bet is one or two of the welded spokes, a couple are rusty both in the front and back will pull wheels and see if they are cracked after I do another check ride
