A 4410 can easily handle an 84" RFM. In fact, it could handle a 96" unit if you wanted to go that big. You'd definitely want front weight on the tractor though.
As far as prices...$1800 to $2500, depending on the manufacturer. I priced a 72" Befco (to replace a 60" Befco i have now). That 72" mower was priced at just under $2000 at my local Deere dealer.
You might get a lower price from Howse or King Kutter...especially if you buy at the end of the mowing season.

The 4410 is really about the same size/HP ratio as a 3520. Are you sure about 96"??? Seems pretty big.

The 4410 produced 34.6 Gross HP and 30 HP at the PTO. The 3PH capacity is 2200 lbs 24" aft of the mounting eyes.
A 90" Befco or Land Pride requires 30 and 25 HP minimum (respectively). The Befco weighs about 1100 lb, the Land Pride weighs 1025 lb.
So yes, the 4410 could handle that larger mower. As you may notice, both mowers I've described actually cut a 90" swath. If the grass (remember, these are grooming mowers...not for field use) is wet or more then 6" or if the tractor bogs, one can always cut a partial width pass.

Roy is right. Your 4410 can handle an 84" RFM. I would not go larger than this, as you will start to reach a point where the size is cumbersome.

I was quoted last week at local dealer in Va. Economy model $1600, Heavy duty model $2100. One made by woods and one made by befco, the heavy duty model was alot thicker steel deck and a little better blade tip speed. I did some comparison though and woods or landpride has better blade tip speed than both of those, so unless color is very important you may want to consider one of the others.Local dealers here are suggesting that blade tip speed is a big factor on how fast your ground speed can be. Im not sure if that is true or not. Seemed to make sense tho.

Most of the Frontier branded RFM's are a little over 2000.00. I have had both the regular GM series and the Economy. Do not get the economy, it did not cut that well. Most of the larger finish mowers will cut well at 5-6 mph behind a tractor if they have 16,000 FPM blade tip speed or greater. The "E" JD had a 14,500 FPM and did not cut as well. It is also not as heavy duty. One mower to check out is the Woods Premium line. They have about an 18,000 FPM blade tip speed which should really cut well. They will even paint them green for you. To my knowledge they have not yet branded them to JD for the Frontier line, so I doubt any of the Frontier RFM's are that nice, yet.

I am also looking at another finish mower for my 4720. The 4410 should handle the 84" wide finish mower, as long as the grass is not knee deep. I was thinking about a Rhino FM100 or something bigger. I want the largest 3pt rear discharge mower out there that can fit safely on a 102" wide equipment trailer.
