Rear hyd. lift handles

I am currently looking at a used 5303 and the only thing I have found wrong with is the two lift handles are very hard to move. The lift works ok after moving the levers with much effort. This unit has a front loader and two rear hyd. (4 outlets. Any help much appreciated. Also, what would be a reasonable price w/1300 hrs and in good shape.
