rear hydrolics problem

Hi my name is Jason Wesley. We have a 2013 New Holland. We've had it for about a year. The rear hydraulics is not working any more. It will not go up or down. Dose any one know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Are you talking about the hydraulically operated rockshaft that raises the lower arms of the three point hitch? Or a hydraulic ram connected to the SCV's ?
Where is the operator's manual ?
Anybody check the oil level ?
