Hi group,
This is a picture of the pto shaft that was hooked up to the mower deck that I removed the other day.
That's the front left wheel behind it, to give perspective.
This is on a Gravely 18H tractor. For argument's sake, let's say that parts are no longer available for it. That being the case, is it, in theory, as simple as running a PTO shaft from this existing shaft out to the rear of the tractor in order to get a rear PTO output? If the PTO kit is available, I'll probably just buy it, but I'm wondering about doing myself for another tractor that I have that I know I can't get any parts for.
