what do you mean by third rear remote. sorry for that question and any thouts if it would fit a 2001 tc40 boomer

correct but I don't have a deluxe tractor so that is my questions. I am trying to find somthing to run a log splitter and hydraulic top link would this work?

The class III boomers ( TC-35 / 40 / 45's ) have the option for 3 remote valves. They are set up in a "stacked" configuration. So you would have to have valve kits 1 and 2 for the kit on e-bay to work. Go back up to the orginal post by "Pineridge" and click on his TC-40 link. He has a section on installing the remote valves. He has a excellent web site to visit and is also very knowledgeable on the Class III Boomers.
