Bought a 2000 TC29, 320 hrs, a few months ago. Did a lot of searching on here for info on installing rear hydraulic remotes. Really like the looks of the factory kit vs individual components purchased separately. Question is,is it worth putting that much money into a twelve year old tractor, guessing I'm correct that kit is now close to $1,000. I don't really have a need for remote at this point, but may down the road. Thanks, Tim

I have three remotes on my tractor and love them, but I would not buy a remote unless you intend to use it right away. When you are certain you have a use like TnT, by all means get the factory kit(s). New Holland remotes add value to a tractor because they are supported by NH and serviced as part of the tractor with full parts/repair support. Ergonomically, they also fit your tractor perfectly. Adding NH remotes is a 1-hr job vs all the planning, purchasing, and hassle of a non-OEM system.
